PanchaKarma — the fivefold purification
PanchaKarma is Ayurveda's classical detoxification system — five principal therapies that help the body clear accumulated toxins (ama) and restore the balance of the three doshas. At DetoxVeda, the combination and duration are decided by the doctor after your consultation and pulse diagnosis.
Therapies are performed only after medical assessment. Preparation (Purvakarma) and post-care diet are part of every program.
